Пряничное мастерство в нашей стране известно уже более пяти веков: за это время традиционная рецептура этой выпечки много раз менялась, а географический охват ознакомления с этим промыслом расширялся. Вместе с историей и основами выпекания пряников, менялись и его разновидности, способы изготовления и оформления. В визуальном исследовании рассматривается многообразие предметов пряничного мастерства: во внимание берутся все виды пряника, их разнообразные дизайны и инструменты для приготовления данной выпечки.
Gingerbread craft has been known in our country for more than five centuries: during this time, the traditional recipe of this pastry has changed many times, and the geographical coverage of familiarization with this craft has expanded. Along with the history and basics of baking gingerbread, its varieties, methods of manufacture and decoration also changed. The visual research examines the variety of gingerbread craft items: all types of gingerbread, their various designs and tools for making this pastry are taken into account.
